BPA Customer Acknowledgement

BPA means Building Permit Approvable. It describes a cottage pathway designed to provide the drawings, engineering and supporting documentation ordinarily required for a building permit application. It does not mean that a planning permit, building permit or occupancy permit has already been issued for a customer's property.

Approval outcomes vary between properties, councils, overlays, zoning controls, site conditions, intended uses, and authority requirements. What is approvable in one location may not be approvable in another.

The Company has recommended obtaining independent planning, permit, legal, and/or building advice prior to purchase. The Customer acknowledges they have been given the opportunity to seek independent advice.

Approval for residential use, granny flat use, secondary dwelling use, Airbnb use, short-term rental use, tourism use, worker accommodation, commercial accommodation, or other intended uses is not guaranteed and may require separate or additional permits or approvals.

Permit, planning, occupancy, and operational approval decisions are made by independent authorities outside the Company's control. The Company does not act as a council, building surveyor, certifier, or planning authority unless separately agreed in writing.

Deposits and payments may be applied toward engineering, drafting, consultant engagement, administration, procurement, scheduling, permit support preparation, manufacturing allocation, and other reasonably incurred project costs once work has commenced.

Marketing renders, floorplans, promotional materials, estimates, indicative imagery, and website content are illustrative and indicative only. Final delivered products may differ in appearance, dimensions, finishes, and inclusions.

Additional engineering, redesign, compliance requirements, consultant involvement, authority requirements, or approval conditions may arise depending on site-specific conditions and intended use. These may involve additional costs.

The Customer understands that independent approvals may still be required before installation, occupation, leasing, rental, Airbnb operation, or use of the structure for any purpose.
