Our Planning Hub lets you build a project profile — your goal, preferred model, property details, budget, planning checklist progress and uncertainties — before you enquire. This information is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us until you choose to submit an enquiry.
When you submit a Planning Hub enquiry, your project profile and contact details are sent to our team and stored in our systems so we can respond to your enquiry and manage your project. This includes a generated project reference (e.g. BPE-2026-00481) so both you and our team can track your enquiry.
Your locally stored workspace data remains on your device until you clear your browser data or reset your project. You can reset your project at any time using the 'Reset project' option on the Planning Hub page.
Enquiry and project data is retained for the duration of your enquiry and any resulting project, plus a reasonable follow-up period. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your project data, please contact us at sales@homesanddomes.com.au.
